Perfectly Scrambled Egg Whites in 5 Minutes
Diet is the most important and most tedious part of achieving the perfect body. This is because you have to constantly go to the grocery store, buy expensive food, prepare it, eat it, and then clean everything - all four to six times a day!
I have cooked and eaten thousands (literally) of egg-whites, and I have come up with a process that is quick, painless and doesn’t make a huge mess either.
Step 1 - Microwave ‘em
Take any number of eggs you wish to cook and place them in the microwave. For six eggs or less, microwave them for 30 seconds. For a dozen eggs, cook for 60 seconds.
This will make the shells easier to crack, and the egg white will become thinner and easier to separate from the yolk.
Step 2 - Separate The Egg White
Now when you want to separate the egg white, simply crack it open down the middle, and start passing the egg yolk from one half of the shell to the other half until the egg white starts to fall into your bowl or cup. Stir and continue!
Step 3 - Cook ‘em
Pots and pans are a mess. I’ve been using an electrical griddle for years and I haven’t looked back. Pour your egg white concaucsion on the skillet at around 300 degrees. Flip occasionally and viola, perfectly scrambled egg whites in less than 5 minutes.
That’s it!
Summary
- Microwave the eggs first
- Use an electrical griddle to cook them, not a pan.

Why would you only want to use egg whites?? Unless your cholesterol is high, there is really no reason not to eat the yolk. It has about half of the protein in the egg, it has quality fats that the muscle needs, and it tastes good.
